I like the name as well...a site selling shoes, suits, safety gear, etc. would be a great end use.

It is clear I am an optimist when it comes to pricing (why else would I be doing this domain thing if I weren't an optimist) and if you have the skills (or have friend that does), developing it even just a little would help an end user come off of high xxx to low xxxx in a hurry imo.

I think it is a good name and worth developing in a blog/affiliate/amazon site.
Jogging is a very good niche with a lot of products to sell and review.

That would be a good start...the more it looks and acts like a fully functioning ecommerce site the better...even a well made blog with appropriate ads showing/displaying makes it more attractive to an end user.

Evidence comes from my experience over the years...ratio of developed sales is about twice of parked which is about ten fold of those that just go gray page. Of course others out there may have different outcomes.

The sale part is easy...big ole banner or link saying something like "this domain/site is for sale" or "like to be the new owner of joggerzone.com" or "why just buy jogger related items whey you can sell them" etc

I think it would make for a good map site. Where it can display or joggers can talk about safe zones to jog.
