The site took about 7 seconds to load. I've 20Mb broadband and I live in the UK. I checked other pages except the home page and they took about 3 to 4 second to open which is too much.
The problem could be on your host or it could be the flash and image files on pages. The total of images needs to be max 100Kb per page.
The main flash header on the home page is rubbish. It stretches the images which should never happen. Also it starts rolling only after all images are loaded. It should start with the first image, and while the first image is presented it should load the second image on the background. Whoever created that flash banner is an amateur.
So you are in web design business, is that right? How about designing your own website correctly first and trying to provide a service to others?
From "about/login/pop-up" a lightbox style popup tries to load but it never loads. You only see the ajax loader wheel rotating forever. Nothing happens afterwards. You can't get off of that page either. The only way is to click your back button.
Basically your website is rubbish. The images that you selected for the main flash header are of bad taste. Whoever selected those images shouldn't be allowed to make any design related decision.
The only thing I like are the menu and footer graphics. But both of them look like they came from a ready template. You shouldn't take credit if you are using a ready template.
