I would place an "inquiry" at the non-hyphenated site:
"Domain for Sale - If you have some questions, please feel free to contact us" ... for two reasons, to find out how much they are asking for their domain, and to see if they'd possibly be interested in yours. Unless you can locate a specific potential End user "lead" here, I think that would be your best bet here.

I would also suggest for domain names like these, a possible small advert in a well established Jazz mag. Maybe a publishing house would be interested. Dont restrict yourself to online sales potentials
