Hello everybody,

I'm curious to know if there is any value for the EMD domains that are aged at least 5 years. Most of them are with dotcom extension. I'm trying to sell those domains as I'm not going to develop any sites on those domains. Some of the domains were developed as sites in wp with some articles but could not dedicate enough time to do marketing. One of the domains still gets more than 50 visits in it's parked page with more than 10 clicks.

Hoping to hear your opinions

It depends on the keywords but generally speaking yes, there can be a lot of value in 2 or 3 word EMD's. Product or service keywords with commercial intent are best but even common terms can become brands.
I sell more of them than anything else.

Some sales from this year:

HomeCare.com $350,000
ErectileDysfunction.com $241,000
CurrencyConverter.com $150,000
JacksonHoleRealEstate.com $85,000
BroadSpectrum.com $75,000

Age is important to webmasters and some domainers.
End users don't know and don't care about age.
