I got xiqv.com and ohku.com for $259.38 on tdnam just now. I wonder if there is any godaddy promo or source codes to save some money for me when I check out. Do you have? Could I use it?

:hi: This was the first time I bidding on tdnam, is it a good buy?

gdbb776 used to work for tdnam purchases, not sure if it still does.

regarding a good buy, i think ohku is a good name, but i personally would not have gone that high. as for xiqv, i hope you didn't pay more than about $10 for it, or that it has some meaning i'm not aware of :o

Thank you! The code does work, but only 4USD is saved. Do you have another code? :)

I got xiqv for $15 and ohku for $224.

for expired names where GD will tack on a renewal registration fee, you can save a few $ on each one if you buy into the GD "Discount Domain Club" - then a .com is around $7.19 vs closer to $10 for the normal retail price. But it costs about $90 for annual "membership" fee ... (you can probably find a coupon to take $10 or $20 off that $90 though) ... So this would only make sense to do if you're planning to purchase over 30 or so .com names via TDNAM/GoDaddy in the near future.

"ku" is PinYin in Chinese. Its pronunciation and meaning are the same as "cool" . so OHKU means "Oh, cool" for me :hehe: So I tried my best bidding this domain.

And thank you for your infomation.
