domain Is Dureit.com brandable?

Hi,

I came across an article dealing with the establishment of Dubai-based REITS(Real Estate Investment Trusts). So, I registered the domain www.dureit.com as a "brandable" version of a Dubai-based REIT.

Its short, easy to pronounce, easy to remember and sounds catchy. What do you think?
