ipb Sessions & Cookies

Hey everyone
I just restored my website apkafuture.com and i m facin some problems..
1. The SESSIONS PROBLEM....the URL contains 269845e0598326fb92d764adddab3dee& wid the url..and it changes everytime....go to apkafuture.com and if u login..sign up or view a topic u can see the sessions in action...I tried deleting sessions by empting the SESSIONS table from PHPMYADMIN and it worked fine for a day and then it was back to the same thing....and now if i empty tht table..nothing happens

2. It logs off users automatically and/or they have to login 10 times to actually post....
My administrator section is password protected and it wont let me login...i know tht i m using the right password {Checked in ADMINCP!} but it keeps on displayin the LOGIN page again and again..
Can anyone help me out please

Do you use AOL? if so login to your board/admin cp with IE or firefox

No i dont use AOL
I have Bell Symaptico High speed {internet}
and i use Firefox

Some users are using IE but its still the same

Is this happening to multiple people even if they clear their cookies? If possible you might consider reinstalling or upgrading IPB and see if that helps.

Did anything with IPB change or was Apache/PHP upgraded?

I just switced to Neomedia host

And ya alot of pplz r havin tht trouble
AND i cleared by cache n i m still having trouble!

I did upgrade my IPB to 2.0.4!

Another question: Is there a way/tool to clear everything from ur forums except members and posts and topics...and attachments
so all the other tables gets cleaned n the unnessory stufs get deleted etc....
