Investor needed for wordpres theme club website

I am planning for build a wordpress theme club website, where we'll sell membership to buy theme on our website.

I'll take care of domain, hosting and design and development of the website.

I am looking for investor who want to invest in this project for long run profit.

I want to clear one thing that we'll not start getting earning from the 1st day but we'll start earning for sure..

I want to share earning profit with the investor in % sharing.
