How much would you appraise this for?

This is that kind of domains high valuable only if developed.

It's a nice one word, with 74,000 searches/mo and 3,400,000+ results on google, but the .org kills it a little. It doesn't fit very well with the word "invasions", that has a commercial connotation, like brands or music bands.

However, even if undeveloped, i think you can sell it into the domainer market for mid-high $xx, little more with some luck.

just want to clarify something. What's xx? Is it two-digit numbers (like below $100) or do you mean something in the hundreds? like 200-300???

low xx = 10-30
mid xx = 30-70
high xx = 70-99
