First .biz isn't considered a great extension, also the fact that the first words are plural doesn't help as it just doesn't look right - CarInsurance.biz would be very good, but Cars ?!? doesn't really work for me. Same with the Autos as well.

Adding the Z also doesn't do the domains much favours, especially as it seems to be in the wrong place. I.e. CreditCardz.co.uk might work, but Creditz??

I don't see any real value in the names undeveloped, and to be honest you might be better to find more brandable names if you plan to develop.

Yes, try to develop with website especially AUTOSINSURANCE.CO.UK (I Like it). Regfee for .biz. (IMHO)
