I think it means both. Well according to my spanish dictionary it does. Any of our spanish friends out there got an opinion..

And also it does get quite a few hits on goggle. 1 640 000 to be precise...Any idea as to value before i insertar it up the ass of the spanish dictionary author...

You can say also "insertar un anuncio" that means "to post an advertistment"

This word without the words "un anuncio" or "anuncio" just means "to insert"
