Grey font color on black background ? That's not so good, make it white or something else but not greyish.

The starting page has way too much content, I wouldn't bother to start reading.
Less than 60 characters per line are nice to increase readability.

A good site with some design flaws.

Both sites are just "there". Neither site delivers something containing the "wow" factor. Your "Infinitee Web Designs" is better than the first site, simply due to spacing and arrangement of the site.
I think your main problem is too much empty space. Get your sites a bit more compact.
Also, when "zooming" into a portfolio listing, why not making a bit larger, eventually packing it into a lightbox?
Overall, it looks as if you made it into 2001 and then stopped with your design evolution, not keeping up with the latest trends. Which as a designer/website builder, i think it's instrumental to be able to offer and demonstrate the latest standards.
