INeedRoommate.com . i think if developed it can be a very very big hit with collage kids who are looking for roommates. i am sure you will not be able to get most of it if you just try to sell it like that.

INeedRoommate doesn't really make sense. If it was INeedARoommate, then it would. Can't see any value personally
