Without knowing anything about "indesign," in general, $250 is a fine offer for a non-generic, non-dictionary .us.

That is a good offer and you should either counter w/ 500 or take it and run, depending on how bad you need the money. A counter offer may scare the buyer off or may fetch a higher sell price. You never know.
