I have had this domain since April 2000. It is currently a 'blog' and has been since the dawn of time before blogging was popular.

I earn about $300 a month on this site but looking to sell if it is worth it.

Appraisals please? I think it could be used for a lot of things...anyone could be in the mood for...anything

$300 on one site is good money, but misleading because it's not passive income. so you're very much working for that money. so i don't see it's valuation having a strong correlation to the monthly income that it receives

try posting it on NP forums under sites for sale.. see what the response is
