the first one is mean casino in russian proper language,literally "game house", which they use then they mean casinos . second one mean something like gamy. go for the first one.

to be honest i dont know how this will go in future, because that domain will use 2 different languages on one line: words on russian keyboard, and com in english. i am not sure if it is convenient for user to type.

This literally means "Gaming House" and is an equivalent of "Casino". However, only linguistic purists would use it. I can't imagine seeing/hearing it anywhere other than classic 19th century novels.
As proper as it is, it's archaic. Most people just use what would transliterate as "Kazino" (with an emphasis on the last syllable).
