I need a good php coder todo a major script at deleted.com the ideas can not be posted here as its private, behind the scene work.

Payment Issued after completed. - build on your server or hosting and show me when running, when we agree i will pay and then send the script over.

Needs to no php and mysql, the script will have a login so store users data etc and also person should no alot about redirecting domains.
