these templates are commisions i had from selling their templates! im not a programmer so i dont have any use for it! if you want cash no problem dont make it a big deal whewww...........

Still.... if a person can make a site as good as either of those, then they can most likely make stuff equal, or better than templatemonster's templates, making them have no need for what you'd give them...
