I need templates for a shared venture

I will soon be launching a site specializing in hosted web services suitable for the average sized enterprise.

But my expertise is in programming, management and marketing. I'm not a graphic artist.

I'm looking for a small web design company to provide templates to suit my hosted services. The templates will be optionally sold with the services. This is how I can pay you. Everything at this point is negotiable.

I do not plan this site to be a just a hobby. I am also looking for someone who can put in a full time commitment should success require it. This is why i am looking for a small web design firm who is ready to take on a new venture.
