I need help from an experienced cpanel host

Ok I'm in sort of a rough place here I need to install mod_layout and having a tough time with the rpm so apache probably needs to be recompiled with it...I need support with this. I also need help with exim, see the post I have on wht below. Also see below for what I'll offer any namepros host that can help asap, please aim me.

I have latest cpanel and exim, am looking to start a free hosting service but need help with 2 subjects.
Firstly I'd like to prevent any email sending from the reseller's ip that I'll be using. I was told its possible to do this in exim, could someone give an example?

Second I'm having troubles installing mod_layout with the rpm, could anyone help me with this? If so please aim or pm. I'll be on most of the night. I will compensate any help for either issue!"

I'll give any namepros member the following domains: freecpanel.com, invisionboard-skins.tk(yes I know its free, but its high on google for invisionboard skins) and 1 more registration from rackshack :p I just need these 2 things and have run into a wall, these are the last 2 steps before being able to offer free cpanel hosting. I don't think its possible with exim since its sent from 1 IP[
