i am working with a freelance site.. i did a project and buyer pay me via freelance escrow service.. now thing is that he paid me via stolen paypal account. original account holder contated freelance site and paypal both .. freelance site has deducted money from my account.. i have lost my money. freelance site has also removed all reference of that project.. but i have send a request to them i will get all info soon..

meanwhile please let me know.. what should i do....

I got ripped off like that for $300 sum. A turkish byotch either paid with a stolen account, or just requested the money back. Unfortunately, you cn't do anything if your sold item was a digital intangibal good or service. These are not covered by Seller Protection Plan, and you can't do anything about it. If it WAS covered, PayPal will refund you up to $1000 if you can prove that you have sent the item to the buyer.
Sorry to hear. Never accept Paypal for $hit like that.

So saying it was a website/layout... what if you burned it onto a CD and shipped the CD to the person? Then would it be covered?

Yep has to be a TANGIBLE item, or else Paypal won't help either party.

Yes, a template wuld be a tangible good as long as this buyer buys a CD WITH A TEMPLATE not A TEMPLATE.
