Verified completed comp's - sales comparisons, along with the specific reasoning(s) for their acquisition (if known) - are critical to assessing and appraising a domain name's potential value, IMHO. Choosing to ignore this information for the shear expediency of a hurried Wholesale "Quick Sale" appraisal on any forum or venue ... would be both a dissservice to you, and the domain name itself! :imho:
If you can really find an end user to sell it to, I'd value it mid $xxxx low $xx,xxx. In reality, it's probably not worth anything, because nobody except someone who really intends to use it will pay you any money for the domain.
