One thing I'd change is you have some dark lines that are basically impossible to see, if you made them into a really dark grey they would stand out a lot more. (The lines above the "+" on the top rightish area)

I like the effect on the spiral as well, looks like long exposure time photography.

I would sell it, but the psd of the bg is way to large, and to much work went into it.

Id sell you the 2d psd which contains the background on all one layer, and all the 2d stuff split up on their seperate layers.
