it's a good name, but the "chat" part somewhat limits its potential for growth. it'll make a great name as a forum / chat room about hybrid cars. [undeveloped: mid-high $xx]

its value once developed would depend ultimately on how much revenue you're getting from advertisers, which is dependent on how large the memberbase and how old the forum is, etc. [dev'd for a year: could fetch low $xxx]
