HELLO i am looking for someone who will help me with a website which is goin to be a tutorial website on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.

The person KIND enough to help me with the design which will be made in HTML/CSS and is all fully validated n perfectly neat coding with no errors, WILL be added onto the website BIG TIME and will also get FULL access to the cpanel so that they can add what they want when they want

How about if only HTML, Javascript and CSS only without PHP?? Whats the website about ? Is it static?
