Nice list. Being a web developer myself, I agree with everyone. I hate bosses who know nothing about web design that try to tell me what to do.

I once saw a dilbert comic. The boss says: We need a MySQL database.
Dilbert thinks 'does he know what he is saying?' and asks: What Color?
The Boss responds something like: Blue, isn't that in right now?
Dilbert goes: Yeah, I'll get right on that.

A few years I was a webmaster for someone who contacted me and said they wanted a 5 page site. I quoted them mid $$$ which they they accepted. I was very excited because this was my first real client. After the site was finished it was 15 - 20 pages because of all the things they kept adding on/asking for. I asked for another $100 to make up for it which they finally sent but the cheque bounced. It was about 4 months before I saw the money. They continuously wanted updates and changes made when I only charged $20 a month for updates and for only 1/2 the year. (The person was a business owner who raced stockcars so their season was only 1/2 a year.) They continuously wanted changes made, logo, design, placement...always sending me tons of photos which I had to resize and thumbnail etc. They drove me crazy, YES!

Thank goodness they are doing the site themselves now...I was VERY underpaid!!!! NEVER again!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
