You can use godaddy bulk search. 500 domains at once.

Personally, when I want to check a list I type in my own website and check it. Not for self promo, but it is my username .com.

I am often using whois.domaintools.com/example.com
Might come handy to you too.

you should do search in godaddy bulk

For .com and .net -> namebright.com/BulkSearch (up to 5000 domains in 1 search)
For others extensions -> name.com/names (domains must be with extension for example: name.info x 2000)
