How do I make a custom title in wordpress?

i was able to make a custom title for my wordpress website, but i realized that the site title appears in the middle of it, but if i remove the site title the title of the window just appears as mozilla firefox,
so anybody no any alterations i can make so that i can use my custom title i made in photoshop and keep the window title,
