I get more offers on this domain than any of my other domains ... but what is it really worth?

Plan to develop this as a web-hosting plus additional SaaS applications currently in development.

Should I sell or should I keep? Offers are in low xxxx.

it could be another bravenet.com in the making, first impression is it can host serveral free or paid webmaster's tools and services like domain registry, whois, parking program, any applications in unix or in windows it can be.

the "sound" of it is for webmasters and admin usage, i might be wrong, esp. of the "apps" word on it it's too techie for a newbie user to hold onto.

a quick search on sedo about this domain or near it reveals:

because it's kinda long it will be mid to low U.S.$XXX for me

it can be developed as a portal for webmasters looking for online tools but don't have the capacity to run it such as even to the extent of irc, daemons in the form of mailers, cron services to the basic guestbook provider, image hosting provider, because it's both "generic" and brandable for me. :IMHO: if i have that kind of a domain, i will hold on to it until a high offer is offered to it, but while it's in my possession i develop it on the suggested development ideas, i could come up with more.
