Horse website critique

I just did this website today, and it only took me an hour; anyway, is it OK, or do I need to work on it some more? All I have to work with is PSP7, so please bear that in mind when you review this site. And in case you wonder, it is about paso fino horses.

First of all, the font of the title on each box doesn't match up with the rest of the site. Rather than making the links "white," make it the same as all the other text, and get rid of the underlines. Finally, you have to fix your meta tags. Just a few small changes and it'll look great!

agree with him about title/links/underlines

Made the link text the same color, got rid of the underline, changed the layout a bit...by the way, at the risk of sounding stupid, whats wrong with the meta tags?

If I was remodelling the site I would switch the brown background in the tables with the white background on the page, and leave the text color the same.
