I'm considering offering it out for sale, may even target the housing industry piranhas that currently are in that field. Very good business phrase, hawkeye, and quite appropriate given current market conditions. Tons of Google advertisers for "home foreclosures" and a January OVT of over 35k. I'll put at $1500 - $3500. Incidentally, just sold dogbeds.biz for $1300. And I would place "home foreclosures" many plateaus above that.

I agree, I see setiment against any domain other than .com but then see sales (while not in the 7 figures ) for .biz and .us that are pretty darn nice. A key word is a keyword no matter the extension. You got a really good name there. Low to mid x,xxx
