You have three strong words...in the last two years there has been 4 home energy 3 word domains sold ...so just over one a year.
These were all around $100 - $200
So imo this domain is probably a $0 if your lucky ...keep renewing you might get low to mid $$$
Btw...I have $5000 godaddy names no one will buy for $100 ( insurance and cloud domains.) Its all about whats hot and selling

...personally I wouldn't bother...the time and money you will put into it...you won't get back...imo
