Appraisal of HolidayHouses.net please. Was it a good decision to spend $69 for it. Saw that it is registered since 2000 and all major ext's are regged. Will also appreciate development ideas.

Probably a low to mid $XX domain for end users. Doesn't make sense to me why should I search Holiday Houses, probably a good domain will be holiday resorts or vacations or whatever is appropriate.

Yes, you have 2M+ keyword searches, but it doesn't mean that if you have a 2M keyword searches it is a very popular keyword.

Example, my blogname: AloofKid has a 7K+ keyword searches, but is it popular? Not at all.

Holiday Houses might have more value that I put into but for me it just Mid $XX for domainers (not end users sorry). Holiday Houses is similar to Holiday Homes but the domain value is way different from each other.

I might have a footwear.com domain but it doesn't mean it cost the same as shoes.com.

You might sell this domain for end users depending on how much they want to put money to this domain.

Every person has a different veiws in appraising a domain, some might give this domain a rocket high price, but for me it doesn't have much value.
