I am looking to build a website / forum much like namepros but non domain or tech related!

I know that there are a lot of scripts out there which makes your work much easier, however I need other addons / plugins added to the script + some customazation!

If you are:
* a known member here, with positive feedback ( something I can go by with )
* are willing to take on a new project
* won't charge an arm and leg
* can handle back and front end

Once we come to an agreement; this project has to be accepted through elance dot com; so you and I have both a piece of mind and I can see the projects progress online!

Some functions needed:

1. users must be able to add pics or embed video to their threads

2. thumbs up or down rating system for threads

3. able to charge a fee for " Post Icons ", next to messages ( threads )

4. user have to be able to flag / report threads

5. on right hand side of all the pages; a section with ads, like facebook, posted from within the page

6. google map function for business threads

7. save thread for later viewing ( like you tube )

8. a static tab on top and bottom of the page that does not move, while browsing the site

9. admin has the option to pick 5 top threads, which will be located on top off the threads and is going to be stationary.

10. ip locator, so visitors and users will be redirected to their own region of threads being posted

11. users must be able to add their own note " sticky " to a thread when logged in, for reminders

12. view poster's other threads

13. a reputation / feedback point system, similar to ebay ( maybe )

14. show when user is on-line when logged in (next to their thread and on their profile page )

15. video, picture, business, save thread, user online icon displayed next to threads accordingly

16. database search function

17. Graphic Design of this site is fairly clear and plain

18. users must use captcha before thread is posted

These are some of the stuff I want to have implemented into the script, more or less!

* the code must be written, for easy editing, or add other functions in the future

instead of wasting my time and everyone here - go shop around on other sites that offer forum services and decide on a budget and post it... instead of playing mind games on price!!!!

Ill pass forget about my PM, experience tells me your not going to be a easy client to deal with. Most clients have a budget, people who shop around and want to low ball you on your quotes are not the type of people I like to work with. Good luck.

You are the developer so therefore I'll expect the quote from you and not the other way around!

I post a one page thread; only to be pmd asking me for a quote - wow, nice one

If anyone does not like the way I am going about things; please move on to the next thread! (there are plenty of other employers)

I am no lamb; so don't think you can make a quick buck and split; better forget about that!

Imagine wanting your "house" painted and the contractor asks you for your budget! - What is the meaning of an quote; when it is the clients job to through a figure.

This is not to difficult!

1. You quote
2. I'll accept; or we start to negotiate
3. upon an agreement; we begin the project

simple as that!
