The value of this one seems to be severely limited by the number of end users that would be interested in the name, In this case, I only see one: Facebook. And if you approach them to buy it, you may be dealing with a UDRP issue.
Another thing: HHVM has been around since 2011, and yet no one has wanted this domain name.
It looks like reg value to me, but you could always hold it and hope to make a passive sale one day.
