Hijacked Code?

Happy Holidays!
I've never had this happen before, but. . .
A portion of my code is missing after I upload and view.
At; www.equipmentpolice.com I have a "Weather Underground" Banner ( or I am trying to). As you can see, the borders are there but not the full code, which is:

Does intrusion software actually remove the code?
Its not my FTP or editor as I can make other changes and the show up!
Ghosts? Spooks? Familiar Spirits???

It seems fine to me but I am in IE so it likes to fix errors but I don't see a problem.

I use three machines for my business and there are an additional 2 that are in the house. All using IE as a browser and all are just showing:

I have no reason to doubt you, so I must conclude that my premisis are haunted!
Could you describe what you are seeing on the screen in that area?
