I'm sure it's worth reg fee ... but beyond that, hard to say. Probably not great for the iPod Nano, but may be worth holding on to if/when nano technology comes into being.

I recently registered nanofactory_net for the latter reason ...

Registry fee, maybe a bit higher... It all depends on the end buyer. The domain name is a tad long but it flows nicely.
