Note* April Sales are up because we did some successful testing with PPC. This $3000 increase in sales was from running adwords for 10 days in April 2009. I will provide all the PPC campaigns and landing pages. If you leave the campaigns running you can expect to double sales revenue. I just haven’t done this as we have too much going on and I have not been able to get to it. I will help the new owner with setting up and running the campaigns.
Note*Our largest drop shipper has also just informed us they will be reducing our product costs since we have brought them so much business. This should increase bottom line profits 5-10%.

My Hair Styling Tools is a 16 month old successful business that was started in January 2008 and began making sales in February 2008. The site has seen a consistent growth in traffic and sales and is very profitable. All products are drop shipped from reliable suppliers with authentic product. All traffic and sales is from natural SEO, blogs and referrals. We have just installed an affiliate program and have a few inquires already.
Potential
Women spend majority of the money online plus products targeted towards women tend to have a higher markup. With online users increasing this site has great potential to become a million dollar year plus within the next 12-24 months.
We have not even begun to market to hair salons. Also many of the top keywords for brand names have not been targeted yet. If you use the plan we have in place you can double the current sales revenue this year. Plus many of the keywords that drive sales and traffic are not in the #1 spot yet in the major search engines, we do have a plan in place that will help the new owner achieve this.
Reason for Selling
The owner wants to focus strictly on marketing. If the new owner wants, We would like to work with the new owner and continue promoting the site for the new owner with an affiliate program.
Amount of people to run the business
1 Full Time
Right now I run the business from South America and have a full time employee outsourced in Canada which is paid $1200 month, I will continue working with the full time employee so you will need to hire a new full time employee or you can do this yourself. Full time employee handles all customer emails, sends orders to suppliers, processes refunds and run all the daily business activities. I do have a good contact to outsource this for $600 month with a high quality firm in India. You can do all the work yourself or you can outsource like I have done and spend about 2-4 hours a week on this business checking stats, and making sure things are progressing.
We do have an outsourced SEO team that we highly recommend and they cost us $350 month.
Training
I will work with the owner via email or msn for 3 months to help you get situated in the business. The new owner can also contact me if they ever need help after these 3 months but I will provide my full attention for these first 3 months.
