Buyers be cautious: Eric closed down a previous thread earlier this year by OP, trying to sell the same domain:

Everything was suspicious. For example he claims high traffic; yet you go to the site, click on a category of posts (like 'kids & baby', which says it has 948 posts...) then it goes nowhere, to a page that says 'sorry no answers match your query'.
A lot of other things were out of whack too. This person has only ever been on Namepros to try sell this domain, no other contribution. And domain is suspicious in all ways.

Also:
-In his first post, the image links (supposed to show traffic proof) actually go to a parked domain, emergencyhelpline.org, with ads.
-he claims a low xxx,xxx rating in Alexa, when in fact the alexa ranking is currently 4million+something for callbackyou.

Do we really need a person like this at Namepros?

Thread closed as the seller is unable to prove stats they are claiming. We advise members use caution in situations such as these. Infraction issued as this is the second offense with apparently no intent to follow staff direction or rules.
