I probably just wasted his time by PM'ing him. My domians have many links in Google but I have no clue where you can get that rating on a particular domain.

Is it available on Google?

You can get the PR value by installing the Google toolbar.

Thanks, I had already done that but I'm not overlly fond of IE toolbars. Is there a way to get the rank via the site?

Yes, in the directory you can view the result by their page-rank order.

I have pchangout.net
purchased about a month ago, owner told me it has pr5 rating.
comes up number 1 in google when pc hangout is typed in.

also has 241,000 alexa ranking.
and 69 links in marketleap.
200$
