High CTR from Kids!!!

OK, wasn't sure how to title this one but it is a classic story....

Recently gave my 6 year old daughter my old 4lb Dell laptop. She started her own blog, etc, etc. Pretty good for a 6 year old.

But for some reason recently she has been visiting lots of maternity sites giving my wife hints at wanting a little brother, no no!!!!!!

This morning I sit down next to her on the couch and look at the maternity site she has been visiting EVERYDAY for the past couple weeks. She had been visiting a domain that was PARKED that used the exact same name as the real maternity store. She was clicking away, I have no idea how much money someone has made from my daughter, but someone has had to love the high CTR rate they have been getting the past few weeks.

I obviously showed her the way to the right name. But I cannot imagine how many clicks she may of performed over a few week period of time.

Anyway, funny story. Now to just get her out of wanting a little brother!!!!!!

You know, i was thinking the same thing on the fake traffic. But I think it would be easily figured out it was not intentional on their part.

She keeps asking how many .coms there are, funny how everyone says buy .com, .com, .com. Well it is ingrained in their head at an early age considering she just could not understand why i would tell her to go to somewhere .net

yep, we have some blocking sw on there, but it doesnt necassarily block parked sites, more adult content, and NO instant messaging.
