Forget Palm Beach - you are limiting your opportunities greatly. Palm = anything anywhere tropical, travel, clothing, on and on. Be = well it can "be" anything you pitch it as to a buyer. So there is much more that just a small Geo opp to look at.

Now, its a pretty OK brandable. Realistically, I see it on a brandable marketplace for 1300 - 1700. It will be an exposure and luck sell (brandables, typically, do not bring organic traffic).
