Quite nice name but sorry to say that the hypen kills the value.

As to hypen, in this case it makes hi-business more readable and contains a hint on the modern notions as hi-tech and hi-end. That's why this domain name can be used together with a site, dedicated to the modern business technologies and systems. This is my own opinion.
