Hey, need some help/advice

hey, i'm one of the team of runners of http://www.knightsdivine.net - an online browser based game.
we need an advertising company, and we don't know who to go for, we have tried google adsense and they have banned us, we wish to get as much money as possible. please could you tell us the best advertiser to go with.
(note: we do NOT want pop ups or porn images or text highlighting)

737,113 - this is the counter you see on the homepage - (stats right now, always always going up)
These are stats from awstats (from 8th september to now):
1602 unique visitors so far
351635 Pages
463657 hits
and its from all over the world.

we need to start introducing ads to help pay for server costs/domain and making the game better, IT IS NOT FOR ANY PERSONAL PROFIT!
I'll leave rep for anybody that can give us a solution, all are welcome except google adsense.
