I just started some forums and I would REALLY like to get them off the ground. I just launched them yesterday and I'm open for suggestions on how to get them going pretty good.

Use your NP$ to pay people to signup and add content. This has worked well for me with 2 forums I own. Go to the NP$ market forum to see how others are doing it:
