I’m not sure, but I’d suggest submitting it to the brandable marketplaces: Brand Root, Namerific, Brand Pa, and Brand Root. That could be a gauge on if it’s a “good” brandable.
Another measure is if it’s easily pronounceable and related to a particular market(s).
Is 'cess' a typo catch for 'case' ? Based on language, cess can mean tax or curse. This may not go too well with personal development branding. I may be missing something obvious though.

That’s interesting and useful info. The name could be marketed as a blog or information site tracking the downfall of shows/movies/etc. Monetization would come from ads and traffic.
