HELP! How do I convert javascript into HTML???

I'm a COMPLETE newbie in terms of developement and I'm using the 30 day trail version of Macromedia Dreamweaver...is there any way to convert JavaScript I have from a previously designed website (the site is mine, but was partially made by a web guy who bailed) into HTML??? THANKS!!!
