Help editing PHPBB skin..

Hey guys, on my site i'd like to change the white cell color behind the Forum name from white to the blue color thats on the right end of it. How would i go about this? I don't have much experience customizing skins. Thanks.

Im not quite sure what you mean, the site looks fine to me... I waht your talking about is already blue... This is what I see:

It looks the same in IE too.
