also, people are saying you should read..but where can be found good organized reading material about domaining?

Welcome! Don't believe everything that you read, there is a lot of garbage on the internet. Most importantly, don't invest too much money until you get things figured out. I would suggest keeping your investment small until you get your first $xxxx sale, then reinvest the profits after paying yourself back. Success in domaining requires a realistic sense of what entrepreneurs and businesses are willing to spend money on.
