Thanks all for the appraisals. I know the market has dropped in the last 6 months but I had to laugh at the low XXX appraisals. I guess that's the beauty of getting appraisal. Although, I wish he would come appraise my house for the tax collector

Once I received a $20 appraisal from someone here on NP on a name I bought for $500 on an auction. Few weeks later I sold that domain for $1000.
